Times: Event check-in and doors open at 12:00 PM; please arrive no later than 12:45 PM.
Location: The Renaissance Hotel, 36 E 4th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
Attendance: Mandatory; if for some reason you cannot attend, approval must be granted by your Market President.
Guests: Not allowed; with the exception of Fischer Fly Away winners attending the Aruba trip. Trip attendees' guests are invited to the black tie evening reception portion, only. 
Attire: Business professional for day training, black tie for the evening reception.

Hotel Accommodations: One-night stay at the Renaissance Hotel will be provided on Monday, February 6.
Transportation: Attendees are to arrange their own transportation to and from the Sales Rally, except for the Atlanta division, where flights have been arranged, and Fischer Flyaway Contest Winners attending the Aruba trip, see below for details.

Parking: Valet parking is provided under the 'Fischer Homes' name.

*Fischer FlyAway Contest Winners NOT attending Aruba Trip: Contest winners are to arrange their own and guests' transportation to and from the Sales Rally, except for the Atlanta division, where flights have been arranged.
*Fischer FlyAway Contest Winners attending Aruba Trip: Transportation will be provided to the Sales Rally for those attending the Aruba trip for ATL, COL, DAY, IND, LOU, and STL divisions, along with their guest. CIN and NKY Aruba trip attendees will be responsible for their own and guests' transportation to the Sales Rally. Transportation from the Renaissance Hotel to the CVG airport will be provided on the morning of Tuesday, February 7. The return flight from Aruba will be to home airport, for example, Indianapolis International Airport for the Indianapolis division. Complete transportation details to be reviewed at a later date.
